Questions about plans
When does my trial start and end?
It starts the moment you create your account and lasts 14 days. The dates are set by our servers, and your account page shows exactly how long is left.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your account moves to the Free plan by itself. You can keep recording income, expenses and transfers, up to 20 a month. Investments, loans, invoices, files and everything else you created stay in your books and in your totals — read-only until you upgrade.
What counts toward the Free limit?
Each income, expense or transfer you add in a calendar month. Editing or deleting one does not use up another. The count starts again on the 1st.
When does a Free account become inactive?
After a full calendar month with no activity — no sign-in, no opening the app, no changes. Nothing is deleted. Contact us and we will reactivate it.
If I go from Pro back to Free, do I lose anything?
No. Every record stays. Free simply limits what you can add or change; upgrade again and it all becomes editable.
Can I take my data out?
Yes. At any time, download your records as spreadsheets or a full backup from Settings → Your data.
